Charles W. Currie
Prior to founding First American
Fund Services, Mr. Currie was a partner at Asset Management
Services, LLC, a third-party placement firm which raised
funds for investment groups including hedge funds, venture
capital focused on biotech and life sciences, energy technology,
middle market buyouts, and teams active in Asia, Europe,
Canada and emerging markets. Asset Management Services
has raised funds for Martin Currie, Julian Robertson and
a number of hedge fund strategies including a technology
fund and an event driven strategy. He has also held senior
positions in the institutional sales departments of Thompson
McKinnon Securities, Reinoso & Company and Pryor,
McClendon, Counts & Co. Mr. Currie started his institutional
sales and marketing career in the municipal bond department
of Bankers Trust. In 1970 he left to co-found Matthews
and Wright, Inc., where for more than 15 years he was
one of the principal forces building this innovative investment
banking firm. Mr. Currie holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College
and is registered with the NASD as a general securities
principal. |

Michael Leverone, CFA.
Mr. Leverone has most recently
been a Vice President of Delaware Investment Advisors,
where he was responsible for marketing the firm's equity
and fixed income fund products to institutional investors.
Between 1996 and 2001, Mr. Leverone managed the institutional
sales and marketing responsibilities for State Street
Bank's currency fund management group. He also served
as head of business development for the New York offices
of BARRA and later, Wilshire Associates. Mr. Leverone
is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an honorary
CIMA from the Investment Management Consultants Association
(IMCA) where he serves on the publications committee.
He has also published in Plan Sponsor Magazine. Mr.
Leverone received a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College
and a Masters in Finance from the University of Texas.
He holds a Series 7 license from the NASD.

Anton Freda
Mr. Freda is a special consultant
to First American Fund Services and provides distribution
support in Europe for international assignments. Anton
was Director of European Business Development for Wellington
Management, an asset management firm with over US$350
billion under management. Prior to this, Anton was Director,
Head of Europe for SEI Investments, a global asset management
firm with over US$100 billion under management. Anton
was a founding team member of the private equity group
of SBC Equity Partner, the US$750 million private equity
investment arm of Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS), and
also a founding team member of Chase Capital Corporation
in New York, the US$650 million private equity investment
arm of The Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).
Anton received a Doctorate in Economics and Finance from
The University of Siena, Italy, and an MBA from New York
University Graduate School of Business. |

Warren O. White Mr.
White is a principal at First American Municipals, where
he is responsible for structuring financial projects for
public and private entities. Mr. White began his finance
career in 1976 at Moody's Investors Service. Mr. White
is responsible for reviewing and approving new clients
for fund raising projects. Mr. White holds a B.A. from
Oberlin College, a M.A. in Economics from the University
of Massachusetts. He has also done graduate work in Economics
at Princeton University and The London School of Economics.
